I’m Julia Alves, a Real Estate Agent with Winter Properties Realty Group at Century 21 Custom Home Realty, serving clients throughout Framingham, MetroWest, and down to Bridgewater. My focus is helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with a clear, strategic approach, especially renters looking to become first-time homeowners.

My background in real estate, combined with my experience working directly with clients in fast-paced environments, has shaped how I run my business. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on making sure every step of the process is handled efficiently and correctly. Real estate can move quickly, and I make it a priority to stay ahead, whether that’s getting clients into homes early, responding quickly, or adjusting strategy based on market feedback.
